I had my 16 weeks ultrasound yesterday. today i noticed the ultrasound looked like the baby was blowing a huge bubble attached to its mouth (probably as big as the babies head). the only ultrasound i found that looked like it showed a teratoma?

Saliva has changed in past 2 months. Mouth is either dry or saliva is bubbly and foamy - fluctuates through the day. Dentist and 2 GPs can't diagnose anything. Ultrasound shows some minor cysts but no cause for concern. Can't stop moving my tongue?
