Will they take your ovaries out if you have bilateral complex ovarian teratomas? i have 3. 5cm, 3cm and on the left side 2.5 cm. i am 8 weeks pregnant

Not necessarily...: If teratomas are benign, a good surgeon can separate the normal ovarian tissue from the teratoma, and preserve ovarian function for future pregnancies.
