Likely normal: All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your basophil count is at the upper end of normal range. In itself it does not mean much. The count may be increased in some allergies. It would have been helpful to have complete report.
