A member asked:

If i had blood work done that says peripheral blood, bcr/abl1 mrna analysis, qualitative: negative. no bcr/abl1 mrna transcripts were detected. what does that mean? does that mean i have a bcr/abl1 negative that would indicate acml or no cml detected?

BCr/Abl is marker of CML. Since you do not have have this, you do not have any evidence of CML. Do you have any abnormality in your blood counts? If your WBC count is normal and your platelet count is normal, you have no reason to think of having a diagnosis of CML.
