CBT combo works!: All serious research has shown that the combination of CBT therapy and medication (if necessary) is what optimizes outcome. That's because you need to learn how to do things differently - some simple and some no so. This takes a coach for wisdom and support plus your effort and hopefulness. Don't give up till you do that earnestly!

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY: Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with your issues and conflicts. Research indicates that the changes from psychotherapy are on a much deeper level in the brain than you find with medication. You can grow and change in good ways and find better coping mechanisms.
