Yes more than likely: 1.2 cm is 12 mm. The right lobe can be broken down into posterior (segments 6 and 7) and anterior (segments 5 and 8) sectors and inferior (segments 5 and 6) and superior (segments 7 and 8) sectors. So by the description of your scans, you have a liver cyst measuring 1.2 cm (about half an inch) in segment 6. Very common finding, usually without symptoms. Get ultrasound once a year.
