I was diagnosed with chondromalacia patella and tendinopathy of quadriceps tendon. having unbearable pain inspite of 7 days complete rest not walking.

Physical therapy.: Your musculature may have become weakened with the complete rest. You may benefit from physical therapy. Consult your doctor to see if that would be apropriate for you.

Agree: it may be that your musculature has weakened, and you may need strengthing exercises. The root of the problem should be examined by a doctor, some of the problems may arise due to your foot position. Should be examined by a physician or podiatrist or orthopedic surgeon.
