I have a large lump on left side of my neck, that is steadily getting larger and harder. This started 3 days ago, and it was small and just looked like a swollen lymph node. I figured I would be sick this past weekend, but nothing.

I've had a swollen occipital lymph node on back right side of neck since I was 18. I'm 24 now and the node is fairly small feeling on the surface. It painless to the touch. When I pinch the skin under it feels like it may be the size of a half inch ?
