Very small but hard and immobile occipital lymph node ( i think thats what it is). at the very bottle of my hair line, back of neck on the right side. no pain. only 25 years old, 116 pounds. doesnt seem to move. no other swollen nodes or symptoms?

You can watch and wait. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph glands/mass doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
