I've had a swollen occipital lymph node on back right side of neck since i was 18. i'm 24 now and the node is fairly small feeling on the surface. it painless to the touch. when i pinch the skin under it feels like it may be the size of a half inch ?

May be lipoma: This may not be a lymph node and consider a liphoma. Ask your physician to clarify.
