My 3 yr old is currently experiencing black/ bright red urine, only urination once a day, swollen infected lymph nodes. stiff neck and back pain. along with a pimply looking rash ( bumps are in small cluster not all over).

Urgent followup: You should have your child seen by the pediatrician or in urgent care as soon as possible. Change in urination and urine color is suggestive of kidney disease. Stiff neck and back pain are concerning. Have your child seen asap.
