Yes: Stop taking the penicillin and call your doctor. You may have an allergy to penicillin. The allergic reaction could get worse, even serious.

May be allergic: The itching could be due to an allergic reaction - from the penicillin, the pain medication, or environmental. It is best to take benadryl (diphenhydramine) and discontinue the penicillin as that is the most likely allergen.
