Cant unplug ears by valsalva maneuver. when i do it, it shoots liquid out of one of my tear ducts. nasal passages extremely inflamed. should i keep trying the valsalva maneuver? is it safe? i feel a big pressure in my eye when i do?

That is ok : It is okay to do the valsalva maneuver but also try a decongestant such as Sudafed to help

1 or 2 times, runs clear liquid from l.Nose if i bend down. Slight head pressure in back side head, eye irritation, nasal polyps is there. Any serious?
