Possible: Based on your description it is possible that when you get heartburn like symptoms, you have pain, and that gets your heart going. However, it is important to see a doctor because the reverse could be possible: if you have a racing heart, you could feel heartburn like symptoms that are actually a reflection of underlying heart disease.
