Not gallstones: All kinds of gi system upset are common with gallbladder problems. Heartburn, upper abdomen pain, back pain, diarrhea, nausea and other problems often occur. Sandy textured diarrhea is almost certainly not gallstones, but simply diarrhea. If diarrhea persists you should see your doctor.
