Unlikely: Gallstones have to pass through the bile duct which is considerably smaller than a bean and would have likely caused tremendous pain if anything near that size passed, this is more likely a fecalith or undigested material but if it persists discuss with your internist.

Unlikely: Gallstones can pass in the stool but noticing their passage is most uncommon. There is a condition called gallstone ileus where a stone is passed into the small bowel and causes blockage in the small bowel or where the small bowel joins the colon. This is rare and would be accompanied by considerable pain.
