What are the major symptoms of gallbladder stones and does any of the symptoms include muscular pains in the arms and legs and diarrhea?

Pain right abdomen: The gallbladder is under your liver in the right upper abdomen. Symptoms of a bad gallbladder start with pain after eating, nausea, evolve to vomiting, fever and serious illness. Diarrhea and muscle pains are not typical, unless you are quite advanced with serious gallbladder illness. Okay to get checked out if you have fever and/or vomiting.
