Cholecystitis: A bad gallbladder associated with gallstones typically presents with right upper abdominal pain after eating, nausea, bloating, belching and can progress to fevers, vomiting and signs of sepsis. So your symptoms are a little different. Okay to check with your doc. A referral to a surgeon may help. Also your TSH level should be checked as thyroid disease could be a contributor to your racing heart.

I'd guess your : Thyroid meds would cause your symptoms more than your gallstones. Go see your dr right away for check up. Take care!
