It's OK not to sweat: How much you sweat does not necessarily correlate with how fit you are. Pilates and yoga, for example, can significantly contribute to fitness but typically don't result in a lot of sweating. Some cardio/aerobic exercise is helpful in your overall fitness plan, but brisk walking can provide that. Genetics and ambient temperature also play a huge role in how much a person sweats.
