Infection vs hypothy: Feeling cold when everyone else is warm is a sign of hypothyroidism. Or potentially anemia, too. But combination of fever, sweats & chills makes me think of infection. Usually infection is accompanied by other symptoms eg cough, sore throat, sinus pain, burning upon urination, pus pocket, red streaks, etc. Best to go see your Family Doc for evaluation & treatment as appropriate.
