Night Sweats: Most of the time is it the warning that your female hormones are decreasing. There are other things that cause this also so it is best to see your doctor.

Drenching clothes: Considered a "constitutional" or "b" symptom, it is a clinically meaningful symptom if one prespires significantly enough to drench their pajamas or sheets to the point where they need to be changed. Depending on the context, this symptom needs to be discussed with your doctor because it can potentially mean a hormonal change, a chronic infection such as HIV or tuberculosis, or even cancer.
