Yes you can...: Unless anxiety is very severe, regular anxiety symptoms could be treated with lifestyle routines that can help make you feel more relaxed. Mediation and or prayer, exercise, yoga, art( any type) making can help relieve symptoms. If despite of doing all this you still experience symptoms then I would say it is time to see a therapist.
