No: I doubt you're lacking anything but further info is needed to help your arrive to a correct diagnosis. That information includes presence of swelling, skin changes, whether it hurts with elbow movements, etc. Without it, it's hard to tell what's going on.

Not likely.: Pain in the upper arm wouldn't signify lacking anything (I assume you mean vitamins or electrolyte levels). If you have swelling or redness with your pain I would go get evaluated immediately. If there is no swelling or redness but the pain persists follow up with your doctor.
