Not unusual: Back and leg pain are common during pregnancy, though usually low back. Midback can occur, whether or not you are pregnant. Do not take medicine unless approved by your obstetrician. You can continue exercise, activity. Heat or cold may help. Talk to your primary or your OB if it persists or worsens.
