Do you know of any heart conditions that have been misdiagnosed as chronic fatigue syndrome? had an ecg which showed bundle branch block. i have cfs.

BBB: in this day and age it would be very unlikely to have a heart condition misdiagnosed as chronic fatigue although it has probably happened in the past...... Even the least astute doc has access to diagnostic tools and consultants. Bundle branch blocks (especially right sided) are common and are not directly associated with fatigue.
