Abdominal pain: long list of differential diagnosis; would need more information Are you having any changes in your bowels ie: constipation,diarrhea? are you having any GYN symptoms: vag discharge,pain with sex? any urinary tract symptoms------you need to see your doctor or go to the ER and have an evaluation---any history of ovarian cysts are your periods normal? on birth control?
