Get evaluated...: It would be helpful to know how many weeks you are. In general, if you are having contractions that persist more than 1-2 hours, you should go to the hospital for evaluation. It can mean you are in labor or pre-term labor. It can also happen if you have a bladder infection. Best wishes!
