I am facing continous problem with my ankle near the ligament n heel area. I am able to run fine, however if I twist my ankle slightly the pain shoots?

Ankle pain: best to cross train for a while. Recumbent bike or elliptical. Offload the ankle until it heals. Check with a good foot and ankle doctor if it persists.
