Age of baby?: I do not see the age of baby here, but I don't think it is related to breastmilk or storage per se. Some colds can be associated with a rash. If he is several months old, could possibly be baby acne. Hard to say without a visual and more history. Might could solve this during a Prime Visit with some photos! Be sure and fill out his past history in detail!
