Is it the same rash?: Cradle cap can extend down to the face, neck, and chest. There are some non-prescription remedies such as selenium-based shampoos (don't get it in her eyes!), but other treatments require a doctor visit. Either way, be patient - there's no reason why she can't have beautiful baby skin after this clears up.
