Zero risk for HIV, regardless of sores on breast, exposure to milk, etc. HIV is not sexually acquired by males except by penile penetration into an infected person's vagina or rectum. Even oral sex is no risk. Nobody ever caught HIV by hand-genital contact, or by any kind of contact with breasts or skin anywhere on the body.
