How long does it take to remove uterus (hours)? does that mean removing ovaries too?can a patient be discharged the same day? disadvantages involved?

Condition of the uterus,previous operations,doctor skills,route abdominal,vaginal ,laparoscopic.Hysterectomy frequently accompanied by removal of ovaries and uterine tubes,but it is not mandatory .Time of surgery may vary from 45-50 min.to a few houars.In some cases after successful laparoscopic surgery patient may be discharged on the same day.
