Preterm birth: If you had a very preterm birth and it wasn't infection then you first need to consult your OB to see if it was true labor or cervical incompetance. If it was true labor then you may want to start progesterone injections weekly (makena) around 15 weeks to prevent another early preterm birth. Your risk is fairly high of a repeat labor unless it was due to infection.
