Yes : The greatest risk factor for preterm labor and preterm delivery is having a history of doing that. Therefore, your risk for early labor and delivery is elevated. There is an approved medication (weekly injections from 16 weeks to 6 weeks) to decrease that risk. Talk to your ob/gyn about that when you are pregnant again.
