No: People will try to sell all sorts of stuff by claiming it BURNS FAT. Of course, the stuff doesn't work. Avoid putting those gimmicky products into your body, and save your money. Weight loss happens when a person eats FEWER calories than she needs. Don't eat or drink sugar, or do it only rarely. Exercise burns fat, because fat is stored fuel... and muscles need fuel to work.
