Sure: But you are not going to loose any weight by doing so. You need to burn off more calories than you ingest, and that is best accomplished by exercise (enough where you are usually sweating due to the heat being generated by the amount of calories you are burning). Eat healthy, watch your caloric intake, and start a workout plan to help you achieve your goals.
