Depends: It depends what your definition of "fit" and "a little" is! Exercise should be an important for of your weekly routine for the rest of your life. Different patients tolerate differing amount of physical activity. I recommend at a minimum at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity 3X per week. Best of luck :)
