Needs evaluation: Could be normal for you but also could be a symptom of a heart problem or metabolic disorder like hypothyroid. Your doctor should perform an EKG and draw a metabolic blood panel with thyroid levels additionally. All this assumes you are also not on meds like beta blockers which will slow heart/pulse rate.
