It depends . . .: It depends on what you mean by "little bit" and what type of diet you are trying to follow. If just cutting calories then certainly counting the calories of the ice cream you eat should be taken into consideration of your total daily allotment. If on a low glycemic index or low carb diet, even a little bit can throw you off due to the sugars.
