Gagging: These are some of the side effects of Abilify: Dyspepsia, sialorrhea, decreased appetite, increased appetite, diarrhea, xerostomia, toothache, abdominal distress, gastric distress, upper abdominal pain. So it is possible that your symptoms are likely a side effect of your medication. But you should see your PCP and discuss these concerns along with a physical exam.
