Mild low wbc 3.0, mild elevated alt 75. everything else normal. increasing amount of spider veins, around eyes and stomach area. fatigue and unwellness. liver or bone marrow problem? should i get a ultra sound or bone marrow biospy. need help?

It seems that you have something seriously going on in your body.
I need more details about your recent health.
Have you been using alcohol in excess?
Slowly cutting down the drinking can solve the problem of high ALT and low WBC .
On the other hand if you are not drinking too much, you should get a good check up from an internal medicine specialist who can examine you and help you sort it all out
