Elevated creatinine: The fact that your creatinine (c) rose from 1.9 to 2.1 per se is not an indication of a kidney problem. Kidneys age as do people. What was the age of your transplanted kidney? It you received it from an older donor, your kidney may not be rejecting, merely getting older with a normal decline in its function. Ask your transplant nephrologist if you should be worried. If he isn't, nor should you be.
