Please Clarify: Unfortunately your question was not complete. But, i believe it would not shock you to hear that if your kidney functions are worsening or your blood pressure is worsening taking b/p meds such as losarten only on occasion may not be the best plan. Treating aggressively blood pressure, especially with a medication that is kidney protective may be wise.

May be: Exercise may improve your blood pressure if you do not have any other problems and eating healthy. Paying attention to salt and fluid intake, healthy life style and using your BP medications are also important as your kidney functions deteriorates.
