Since both are in past tense, it's probably a bit late to ask the question?
Now, assuming you're on immunosuppressant(s) for the transplant, the only risk for tattoo is getting an infection like hepatitis C which your body may not handle as well.
If you're asking if it's ok to have gotten kidney transplant - I presume it was urgently needed given the type of procedure it is
