Dry it up!: A runny nose or rhinitis with a yellow color could indicate a developing infection or incompletely treated sinusitis however if you have no other symptoms like fever or nasal congestion or cough then I suggest an over-the-counter medication like Claritin but if the symptoms continue beyond 1 to 2 weeks then a consultation with a infectious disease doctor is warranted
