I just got over a ear infection with sinusitis. when i bend over there is clear watery yellow fluid coming out of my nostril. should i worry?

Possibly: Most likely this is sinus drainage from your recent infection, but there is a possibility that this could be cerebral spinal fluid. You should go to your doctor so he or she can examine you and get further history to determine the cause of this drainage.
