May be normal: Bacterial infections are the commonest cause of elevated WBC. If you do not have fever, it is unlikely to be bacterial infection. In some woman pregnancy itself is associated with high WBC count. If you have any other symptoms, like fever, burning on urination, headaches etc, it would be prudent to consult your doctor.
