Wound care: Sounds as if you have done the right things. Hopefully your tetanus vaccine is up to date. If not, go and do this. Watch the wound for signs of redness, heat, tenderness or areas of hardening of the underlying tissue and if these things occur, see a doctor ASAP. Best wishes.
