Yes you should se MD: Yes i think it is a good idea to see your doctor, as you have mutiple layers of skin loss as you say and you have already used neosporin dressing and you see white. I think it is about time it be evauated by a doctor, as what you have been doing does not seem to be working.Get it checked as it seems to be deep burn and you may need a consult with plastic surgeon for skin graft if needed.

Abrasions/burns: Can usually be treated with simple wound care at home. Moist wounds heal faster then dry wound so some kind of topical antibiotic would be suggested. Dressing should be changed at least daily or more, depending on how much drainage you have. And you should be cleansing your wound in the shower. Wash any adherent dressing off to avoid pulling scabs off. See your doctor if not better.
