Maybe viral...: Many times our body fights viral and even bacterial invasion but no major symptoms are present because our immune system can fight it off. The white spots are collection of dead cells so to say and it usually resolves on its own. If there are no other symptoms you should be fine otherwise. If the spots don't go away after 7-10 days and persist see your doctor for exam.
